We enjoyed having a great session yesterday October 8 and for many of you, you did your maiden speech admirably. Patrick Sehoo did a recap on Table Topics and conducted a disciplined Table Topics session by having the speakers declare the technique they intended to use. Based on your feedback from the first session, DTM Richard Sng provided a general evaluation of the Table Topics in addition to Language Evaluation, giving useful pointers to the speakers. We then had a very entertaining Andrew Chew cover aspects of Body Language, Vocal Variety and Humor and this was probably the most fun part of the program.

Next we had you doing your prepared speeches and it was a real eye-opener to see many of you delivering confident speeches with a number of you not using notes! Also thanks to our club members who helped out by doing the project evaluations.
